Telegram creations include a 512×512 VP9 WebM video sticker and a 240×240 GIF for chat. The WebM is checked for dimensions, duration, frame rate, transparency, file size and absence of audio before delivery.

Both downloads include transparent regions. GIF uses on-or-off transparency. Check the original files on light and dark backgrounds; viewers can display the edges differently.

Can I use these files directly in Telegram chats?
Yes. The included 240×240 GIF can be sent in a conversation. For a reusable video sticker, download the WebM and add it to a pack through @Stickers.
Can I add them to a Telegram sticker pack with @Stickers?
Yes. Telegram jobs now export a qualified VP9 WebM file for the official video sticker workflow. Download it and upload it to @Stickers yourself. The site does not publish or import a pack for you.
What formats does Telegram officially require?
Vector animated stickers use TGS; video stickers use VP9 WebM with no audio, up to 3 seconds and 256KB, at most 30fps and one side exactly 512px. Our raster animations export as 512×512 WebM. They are video stickers, not TGS vector animations.
Can I reuse one character for several reactions?
Yes. Your first sticker task saves a cartoon character. Select it for new reactions on any of the four platforms without uploading the photo again. Each new sticker costs 10 credits, and generated details can vary.
Do the animations have transparent backgrounds?
Supported output formats preserve transparent regions. GIF supports transparent or opaque pixels; animated WebP supports partial alpha. Check your original file and the destination app, since viewers and importers may display transparency differently.
How much does it cost?

What if a generation fails?
A confirmed failed generation returns its 10 credits automatically. A task whose provider result is still being checked has not yet been confirmed failed.
Are my photos public?
No. Your photos, characters and stickers are private to your account. Internal processing files are retained for 7 days after a task ends; saved characters and finished stickers stay until you delete them.
