Sticker download and import help

Photo tips, platform downloads, import requirements, credits and privacy for WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram and Discord.

Photo requirements

PNG, JPEG, or WebP, up to 5 MB. A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo works best.

AI results may vary in likeness, hand movement, and edge detail. Preview before using. To try another photo, create a new paid task.

Downloads and import requirements

GIF uses on-or-off transparency. An edge cannot keep the same partial transparency as WebP. The WeChat download is a 240×240 GIF.

Animated WebP supports partial alpha transparency. WhatsApp creations include a 512×512 animated WebP, plus a 240×240 GIF for animation sharing.

Make animated GIF reactions for WeChat

WeChat creations download as 240×240 GIF files. Each reaction costs 10 credits, including an optional caption.

Download the GIF to your phone and add it through a supported WeChat sticker-collection flow. Controls and file limits vary by app version. This product creates personal chat reactions; it does not submit packs to the WeChat sticker store.

WhatsApp Animated Sticker Maker

Animated WebP: 512×512. GIF: 240×240. Both formats are included in the 10-credit cost of each completed WhatsApp reaction.

StickersMaker provides downloads, not one-click WhatsApp import. Animated WebP needs a compatible animated-sticker import workflow; compatibility depends on the tool, operating system and app version. GIF can be shared as an animation and is not the same as a WhatsApp sticker.

Telegram Sticker Maker

Telegram creations include a 512×512 VP9 WebM video sticker and a 240×240 GIF for chat. The WebM is checked for dimensions, duration, frame rate, transparency, file size and absence of audio before delivery.

Download the WebM and upload it through @Stickers. StickersMaker prepares the file; you publish the pack in Telegram. No separate file conversion is needed for this WebM. The GIF is for chat sharing.

Discord Sticker Maker

Discord creations include a 320×320 transparent APNG and GIF. Both are limited to 500000 bytes, below Discord’s 512 KiB ceiling. The APNG is checked for animation, dimensions, transparency, duration and looping before delivery.

Upload the APNG through your server’s sticker settings. It does not need another size or format conversion. You still need upload permission and an available sticker slot; the site does not upload to Discord for you.

Why does a transparent sticker look like it has a background?

Check the original file in a viewer supporting its animation and transparency, on light and dark backgrounds. Screenshots, viewer canvases and conversion may change the result; GIF and WebP transparency differ.

Metadata describes the file structure, not every pixel or edge. Encoded delays may differ from browser playback; these checks do not certify phone import.

Use your download in WeChat

Download the original 240×240 GIF for WeChat. A screenshot or static preview does not preserve the animation. Phone import workflows have not yet been verified; controls and compatibility depend on your WeChat version.

Check the downloaded file

Wait until the creation is complete, then download its GIF. Open the saved file in a viewer that supports animated GIFs and check that it plays. Keep the original file when transferring it to your phone.

Know which requirements apply

240×240 is this product’s GIF output size, not a universal WeChat file limit. Check the requirements shown by your current app. Adding a personal expression is different from submitting a pack to the WeChat sticker store; this site does not provide store submission.

If the animation becomes static

Check the original GIF before trying another transfer or import method. Screenshots, thumbnails and some image-saving or conversion workflows keep only one frame. A still preview alone does not establish whether the original file is animated.

If the file cannot be added

Check that the download finished, the file is a GIF, and its size meets the limit shown by your app. Record the WeChat version and exact error. If it still fails, contact support with the task ID and non-sensitive file details; do not keep paying for new generations to troubleshoot an import problem.

Use your download in WhatsApp

Choose the 512×512 animated WebP for a compatible sticker-pack import workflow. The 240×240 GIF is an animation download; sharing it is not the same as adding a WhatsApp sticker. We provide files, not one-click import. No specific importer or phone workflow has yet been verified.

Check the downloaded file

Download the animated WebP from a completed creation. Open the original in a viewer that supports animated WebP and check that it plays. Do not rename a GIF to .webp or replace the original with a screenshot.

Check the official third-party pack requirements

WhatsApp’s documented third-party pack format uses 512×512 WebP. Each animated file must be at most 500 KB, with a total animation duration of at most 10 seconds and frames lasting at least 8 ms. A pack contains 3–30 stickers and cannot mix static and animated files. These are file and pack requirements, not a guarantee that an importer supports your phone.

Two free creations and a new pack

Email verification gives 20 credits, enough for 2 stickers at 10 credits each. That is a creation allowance, not a complete new third-party pack. Before making more, check whether your chosen workflow can add the files to an existing animated pack; a new pack must meet the minimum of three. Existing-pack support depends on the importer.

If import fails or the sticker becomes static

First check that the original WebP plays. Then check whether the chosen workflow supports animated WebP, preserves animation and meets the pack requirements on your system and WhatsApp version. Do not mix static and animated files in one pack.

Keep the original download and note the file size, versions and error. Contact support with the task ID and non-sensitive details. An import compatibility problem is different from a failed generation; do not create new paid tasks just to troubleshoot it.

How to use your stickers on Telegram

Telegram creations include a 512×512 VP9 WebM video sticker and a 240×240 GIF for chat. The WebM is checked for dimensions, duration, frame rate, transparency, file size and absence of audio before delivery.

Download the WebM and upload it through @Stickers. StickersMaker prepares the file; you publish the pack in Telegram. No separate file conversion is needed for this WebM. The GIF is for chat sharing.

Send directly in chat

Send the included GIF in a Telegram conversation. Playback depends on the client and animation settings.

Official video sticker packs

Download the transparent WebM and upload it with @Stickers. It is 512×512, at most 256KB, no longer than 3 seconds, VP9 encoded and has no audio. Pack setup and publishing are manual.

How to use your stickers on Discord

Discord creations include a 320×320 transparent APNG and GIF. Both are limited to 500000 bytes, below Discord’s 512 KiB ceiling. The APNG is checked for animation, dimensions, transparency, duration and looping before delivery.

Upload the APNG through your server’s sticker settings. It does not need another size or format conversion. You still need upload permission and an available sticker slot; the site does not upload to Discord for you.

Send directly in chat

Attach the included GIF in a channel or direct message. It loops when automatic GIF playback is enabled, subject to attachment permissions.

Custom server stickers

Download the 320×320 APNG and upload it under server sticker settings. Each file is at most 500KB. You need permission and a free sticker slot. Use GIF for chat, APNG for the standard animated sticker upload flow.

Credits and failed creations

Failed creations return their credits. Purchase refunds reverse credits in proportion to the refunded amount. A negative balance pauses new creations; your next top-up settles it first.

How much does it cost?

Each sticker costs 10 credits. Email verification unlocks a one-time 20-credit gift, enough for 2 stickers. Top up anytime: $5 for 50 credits, $15 for 180, or $30 for 400. Credits do not expire and there is no subscription.

What if a generation fails?

A confirmed failed generation returns its 10 credits automatically. A task whose provider result is still being checked has not yet been confirmed failed.

Privacy and support

No. Your photos, characters and stickers are private to your account. Internal processing files are retained for 7 days after a task ends; saved characters and finished stickers stay until you delete them.
